Refund Policy

At Icitify Solutions, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital products. However, due to the custom nature of our work, we have established the following refund policies.

1. Web and App Development Projects

  • Mobilization Fees/Deposits: The initial deposit (typically 50-70%) covers our costs for reserving time, setting up servers, and initial design research. Therefore, deposits are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel a project, you must do so in writing. You will not be refunded the deposit, and you may be billed for any work completed beyond the deposit amount up to the time of cancellation.
  • Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that Icitify Solutions cannot complete a project due to our own internal constraints, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 14 business days.

2. Training and Workshops

  • Student Cancellation: If you have registered for a physical or virtual training:
    • 7+ Days Before Start: You are eligible for a 100% refund (minus a 5% administrative processing fee).
    • Less than 7 Days: No cash refunds will be given. However, we may defer your admission to the next available cohort/batch.
  • Course Rescheduling: We reserve the right to reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, your payment remains valid for the new dates.

3. Digital Products & Software

  • For downloadable digital products (e.g., e-books, templates, plugins), all sales are final. No refunds will be granted once the download link has been sent.

4. Hosting and Domain Names

  • Fees paid for domain name registration and server hosting are paid directly to third-party registrars. These fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered or the server provisioned.
