1. Introduction Welcome to Icitify Solutions Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website at icitifysolution.com, hiring us for services, or enrolling in our training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Icitify Solutions Limited provides digital services including, but not limited to:

• Custom Website Design and Development.

• Mobile Application Development (iOS & Android).

• Digital Skills Training and Workshops.

• IT Consultancy and Strategy.

• Branding and Digital Marketing.

3. Project Commencement & Payments

• Quotations: All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Deposits: A non-refundable mobilization fee of 70% (unless otherwise agreed in writing) is required to commence any development project.

• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due strictly upon the completion of the project or at agreed milestones.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer into our corporate Nigerian bank account. We do not accept cash payments for amounts exceeding regulatory limits.

• Default: Failure to pay the balance within 7 days of project completion may result in the suspension of the website/app and a late payment interest charge of 5% per month.

4. Client Obligations To ensure timely delivery, the Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content (text, images, credentials, logos) within two weeks of project commencement.

• Provide timely feedback during the review stages.

• Ensure that all materials provided to us do not infringe on any third-party copyright or trademark laws.

5. Revisions and Scope Creep Our project fees are based on the scope of work detailed in your proposal.

• We provide two (2) rounds of minor revisions after the initial draft is presented.

• Any request that significantly alters the original scope (e.g., adding new pages, changing the core functionality) is considered “Scope Creep” and will attract an additional fee and timeline extension.

6. Intellectual Property

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, the Client is granted full ownership of the final website files, designs, and source code.

• Our Rights: Icitify Solutions retains the right to use the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and social media for promotional purposes.

7. Third-Party Services We may recommend or integrate third-party services (e.g., Hosting providers, Payment Gateways like Paystack or Flutterwave). We are not responsible for any service interruptions, data breaches, or changes in terms caused by these third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Icitify Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria.
